Somebody in my neighborhood thought it was okay to blare crappy electronic music at four o'clock in the morning. Thanks for being considerate of those who are trying to sleep, asshole.

Airline food.

Seriously. What's the deal with that!? It's not even really food!

You get food on airplanes?!

I just got back from a three-day hop to the Midwest for work and am zombified. I hate when I sleep well the first night of a trip, then the second night I'm like "sleep? What's that?" and still have to work the next day... *zzz*

I'm sure some people know about this situation, Having road construction re-route a bus route. Currently happening here, with the bus I use the most. Right now, there's some construction going on for whatever reason. The bigger problem is the 2 bus stops i usually use (the one to downtown, and the one from downtown, both the closest to my house) are out of service, due to the construction. A small annoyance as I now have to find some suitable bus stop alternatives.

The thing that really annoys the snot out of me is that there is no notice whatsoever of the fact that the bus has been re-routed, no notice on the pole of the stops affected before it was suspended, nothing on the "Rider Alert" section of the local transit website. Yes, the change isn't a major one, but still there's a change. Thankfully, living in the area, and relying on the bus to get to some destinations. I had some small idea that something was going to happen, but no idea of when it was to happen, where the bus was detouring to (although, I kinda knew where it was going). Honestly speaking, I want to hit the idiot who decided not to inform the the transit using public of this change.
Going, going...

I got free cookies on my flight to Victoria. They were awful cookies, but they were free!

Free cookies, huh? Better than salty pretzels.

Nice to see that you can complain here. Recently I've observed a little too much, especially in a professional surrounding, that you are not allowed to complain. You get stared down and booted out. What is it with that all positive attitude everyone is wearing like a mask, as they try to cover their fears and doubts. Come on, we all have them, we all have something to complain about but most people don't want to hear grief and despair from other people because it ruins their halo or something...

So I tried to take my driving test today to finally get rid of my N and failed due to a couple minor things.. no biggie even though I'm down $50 because of it. Then on the way home I get pulled over by a cop who said my exaust was too noisy and have to follow him out of town to test it. So ten mins later it turns out he doesn't have a tester and another cop has to bring one. So finally 45mins later the second cop arrives and they test it. Turns out im 10x over the legal max DB and have 30 days to fix it. So now i have to ruin my expenive exaust by welding a crap muffler onto it and pay for my own inspection on top of that. I don't even have the money to do that right now but if i don't get it done they will tow my car and charge me $600 >.<

I really wish they would go after things that really matter instead of harrasing people like me. We are all paying for there services after all ...
So in short I had a terrible ****ing day :'(

Shit man... real sorry to hear about that. *hugs*

Gotta love cops who just harass youth who own anything that's not a old town car.

Ffff Where were those cops when my sisters bumhole boyfriend would drive around Nanaimo at 4am blasting his huge car speakers as loud as they would go? And boy were they ever loud. You could hear him coming from at least 5 blocks away.

Ugh.. that's just downright inconsiderate. It's that sort of thing that gets more considerate people profiled by the cops. Just because they have a high end stereo, upgraded exaust ect.

That is something to complain about, sorry to hear about the loss. Hopefully the good memories will help make the sorrow less over time

Spider bites suck. Chances are, it was a recluse bite, and there's about a one in five chance that it was from a spider carrying those wonderful necrotizing bacteria. I'll find out in a day. In the meantime, precautionary measures and really obnoxious topical stuff. >:c
