Okay, well lets meet in the Cafe for lunch on Monday howabouts just to meet each other at least. Uh... I will wear a purple scarf and a houndstooth grey cap so that you can find me.

I am tall and always wear a black fedora, which is usually enough to go by in most situations, but apparently not anymore (thanks a lot, Ceowolf).
Since I only have one other article of clothing that would cause me to stand out (and it's the only thing I'm too chicken to wear in public), I'll probably just be carrying around the black leather man-purse I normally have on me these days. You know it's me if it has a vibrant, green frog and a colourful, stringy craft hanging from a zipper. :P

No I think I start in august xD maybe though I'm not sure when I grad exactly

Cool, well, little sleep is a possibility. This quarter for me is like that. I have a lot of friends in the Modeling program, from what I hear color theory is not fun but once you get past that it's all fun courses but still a lot of work, kind of like my program. Life drawing in particular I heard a lot about both in the fact that it was a huge amount of drawing but also people going and sitting in classes to get more experience.

Awesome, well at least I will get to meet one person! Stringy craft sounds like something I might've seen before, so I'll be looking for that and a fedora!

Yeah I'm looking forward to the life drawing classes :D I have a question when do the fall courses start? Because that's when I start I wasn't sure if it was June or august

But I forgot to try to get in the school housing xD so I have to do that now oops
(though it's a bit expensive I think Dx)

Ugg... school housing is so expensive. Finding places nearby is hard though. D:
I was actually living in south-west Vancouver for my first term. :P

Yeah. dont bother with student housing. its all money you'll owe the government if your on loans. Its so expensive. :/
I'm living 10 minutes away from the school by car, there is 4 of us, and its about $325 a person. That includes all utils cept internet. Which, is only about $14 a person.
So if you can afford it, or have a part time job/savings then you can get lucky. If you dont have a job/savings then student housing will have to do. You'll just owe the government more money if your on loans.
My mate was living in student housing and for where he was living, a 2 bedroom, with 4 people living in it (not even your own personal space!), it was still around 800 each person! Unbelievable!!!!

Fall quarter? October. October-Dec: Fall quarter. Jan-March: Winter Quarter. April-June: Spring Quarter. July-September: Summer quarter.

Yeah I know ;n; but I've no job so it's got to I guess even if it's really expensive
I don't mind having to take student loans if my native band won't help me but it's annoying a bit because renting somewhere else would be a lot cheaper but I don't think I could use a student loan to pay that xD

Well, one of my roommates is my mates old roommate from his student housing. He convinced the government to pay for his housing here, which is not in student housing.

he pretty much told them "Well, what would you rather do? waste 800 a month on a horrible living situation in student housing, or give me half that to live in a place with my own room, where i can do the best with my education and have a good environment and be able to learn and pay back student loans better when i'm done school?" they were like "oh... yeah. ok." so they are paying for him to live here XD

Yeah, I live a ten minute walk from the school in my own 1 bedroom suite and I'm paying the same amount as you would pay for student housing sharing a single room with someone. I'd look into what is allowed under the student loans thing because it doesn't seem worth it. Most of my friends who go to the school live farther away, like maple ridge... I only knew one person in student housing and they dropped out.

I have class on Monday evening and Saturday morning afternoon. I'm generally early and hang around the cafe or halls on Monday, and depending on whats going on I sometimes hang around after class Saturday.

Bah! That doesnt help at all! Mostly because I have a very dark blue trench coat I occasionally wear. :P

okay one more question hopefully i wont need to ask to many more but when does third quarter start forme if i start in  october/fall? sadly i need to know for the housing application because my aunt demanded that i stay there ;n;
