Iv never been in a public place with a costume on but I think it would be fun, who want to try it? Iv got a spare dog head and a dragon head that someone could use with me to on an outing. The first thing that comes to mind is furry bowing because it's a known thing that people do it would feel really weird at first so it would be nice to see someone els go hough the same trip i also know at least one of my friends would try is too the more the better. Haven't done it in a furry costume but probably would. I've done it for cosplay lots and how I normally dress looks very costumey so I know what to expect. The little kids will probably come up to you and be like "wow *__*" and the odd jerk might pull the Halloween comment. Go do it! ^.^

I guess Doink, but it should be like a happy thing not a scary thing. I mean worse to worse someone is all "hey look at that wolf costume maybe they're from a radio station". Nobody will know it's actually you. first time I got a fursuit I actually took it and ran down the road. Because who wouldn't smile seeing a random fox costume running madly down the block. Fun. Not scary. ^^ I'll be your senpai and teach you the ways k. Jk. On a serious note why not just take your fursuit to the meetups in Vancouver too if youre anxious? Always alot going on there, and lots of other fursuits.

i'd be happy to do this with you as some one with lots of experience both as a fursuiter and professionally,  we would defiantly NEED handlers/spotters, NEVER fursuit in public without at least 1 to 2 spotters.
