what an amazing stroke of luck! I had an appointment on the 6th and I found myself wishing that I could change it, but I didn't have the P# to call and ask... well, they just called me and told me they were changing my appointment to the 5th! :D

I will have enough money this month to...
- pay rent next month
- get a bus pass next month
- pay this months bills (my portion of the gas is $10, the cable is -$8, and hydro was last month)
- get groceries when i need them

and the thing I am excited about...
- buying a Critter Nation for my bunny, Lily Nomnoms. :)

you know those cuddles I needed? well, I didn't get them yesterday, but I got them today! and I was right, they did make me feel better.

Somebody was so impressed with my work performance today that they told my manager!  :D
I got 'smile form' which tells corporate what I did to impress a customer beyond expectations, I also get a $10 smile card from Thrifty Foods to spend at my leisure. What a pleasant surprise that was! For me it's always been challenging enough to perform at their level of expectations just to keep my shifts.

My Mother now knows that I hang around with "mascots" (and was one briefly) and she doesn't seem to mind. ;D
