News About Cowoto

I am not sure I am the one who should post this but I have been watching for news and thought we should put a thread on here to keep up to date.
Last week, our dear friend Charles (Cowoto) was severely injured - hit by a truck. I understand that he has a severe head injury. He is currently in serious condition at Royal Columbian hospital. I understand that he is heavily sedated but alert. At this time, only family is permitted to visit.
I am sure that I speak for all who know our friend Charles, that we all wish, hope and pray for a speedy recovery.

I wet to visit Cowoto yesterday at the Royal Columbian Hospital. He seems to be coping well. He has a long road to recovery and wants me to thank all those who have sent their well wishes.
If you wish to visit him, he is in room 427. Check with the hospital for visiting hours. I know he has a break from any visitors between 2pm and 4 pm.

hey man i heard your story at Vancouver and i remember you sat in on the games room for a little while once during the con. you take it easy now ok. My sister was hit by a car at a cross walk many years ago. thankfully the injuries were not as severe as they could have been. she had a blood clot that nearly killed her but my dads cousin (who was a nurse on shift) just happened to check in on her right as it happened and saved her life. she has a few minor complications but thankfully has been able to have a rather full recover. that was when i was about 13 years old, i am now 31, so a lot of time has passed. i wish you a speedy recovery. get lots of rest and do not over exert your body. you will have many long months of healing ahead. ~hugs~
