forum error: post truncated after '

and noticed post gets truncated.
I'm guessing it is because of a curly-verson of ' in "This year's theme"

Dejavu, but I believe setting the forum encoding to UTF-8 should fix this.

In the mean time, as Rainrat et al. are busy with other matters, replacing them with a website should do well.
