Hello one and all... I was the new chick with blonde braids at the Sushi meetup this week. Got to meet a million of you and will likely forget everyone's names. Thank you for being fun and welcoming. I was really blown away and hope to be back soon as time and money allows.

I'm out in the 'Wack with Nostalgicmon and all the other 'Wackfurs.

My furname is Tehbet (MKA Liz) and I am a cat/rabbit/deer fur... that trio are my main totems and I'm learning more about what that means to me every day. I lean toward the more spiritual side of the fandom, with a major appreciation for the art as well. I've been a fur for... pretty much 20 years, since my teens, so if that gives you some idea of how old I am we don't have to go any more in depth than that. I cook, I'm a licensed hairdressser, I sing and bellydance, I sew and costume, and I do archery, armor-making and other medieval stuff. I'm good with animals and volunteer at a local miniature horse rescue where I help with rehab and training. I had the most amazing dog named Gryffindor. I often host gatherings out here at my place after OUR Chilliwack sushi meets, so if you come visit us you can crash with me for the most part, as long as I can warn the Roommates in advance. I live with two other furs, so we are a pretty laid back bunch. I guess you'd call me bisexual, and fairly recently single... but not really looking yet. Hoping to get out and meet like-minded people, make friends and do stuff.

Also it's pretty cool seeing someone that uses totems! I know only a tiny bit about them myself because it was mentioned a lot when I found out I was a therian  :birdy:
Anyways welcome to the forums! Also yeah, nobody uses the fb group too often what so ever, it's ironic because it's quite the opposite of the bcbronies group. Nobody uses the forums but everything is on the fb group. :roll:

Welcome to the community,  you sound AWESOME! All of this talk of, armor making, archery and the medieval related type thing? You got my attention, hahaha~! XD Maybe one day when I get my partial or fursuit, you should totally make me some Samurai armor. Not real of course that'd probably be too much :P That'd be awesome, though.

Everyone is pretty nice, so making friends is definitely not gonna be an issue ^_~ a pleasure to meet you, cat-rabbit-deer! XD I mean, Tehbet, rather. *offers paw shakes*
