It's at the Okonomi Sushi restaurant beside Columbia skytrain station in New Westminster.  Every Tuesday people will start to show up around 18:00 and usually within an hour most of the room will be filled.  Check here for more details -> http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=4623.0

When taking the skytrain to sushi, you want to exit the Columbia station using the 4th St exit. This will get you within 50 ft of the door to Okonomi.
