Actually it's a bad method for weight loss and exercise... You get tired faster, easier, and don't lose anywhere near as many calories as you think you do. Part of the reason you get so tired is not exertion, but the endorphins that take over everything and you use it up. Making you tired far faster than working out a gym or even going for a walk. You burn more calories on a regular walk in an hour than you do with an hour of sex. (I looked this stuff up religiously for months because I refused to believe sex was actually not as good as the hype let on. Then enough proof and stuff just kind of overwhelmed me.) So technically you are still on topic! :-3

the problem with sex as an exercise option is that we don't get enough of it to make any noticable difference in our body mass.

Unless you're me or like me, you get lots of sex or sexual activity. Those with Hypersexuality like I have are very active. Women burn more calories than men during masturbation (also depending on how the masturbate). But I've been this way for many many years, was humping things before puberty as many girls do, but it has made very little difference in my physical appearance. The only thing I notice is my abdomen is very firm under the fat and I can flex it. I also don't masturbate in traditional ways and that makes all the difference. A good way to work abs though is laying face down and lifting one's rump and humping as slow and holding it as long as possible. Don't need to masturbate either. Just lay in bed and do it. Masturbating just makes the pain go away and is a good distraction ^_^

Neox

You guys can make fun of female body-builders all you want, but the truth is: bodybuilding is considered another form of art to those who practice it. You have the ability to craft your body into whatever form you see fit, and the people with the boulder-sized muscles and garden-hose veins don't do it to look attractive; they do it to see how much they can lift, how big they can get, and push the boundaries of the human body.

I personally work out because I like the way a well-crafted male body looks with all the structural curves and valleys created by rock-solid muscle. I don't do it because I find it sexually attractive or to try and gain attention from others; I do it because this is something I appreciate the appearance of and it is a goal that I set to achieve. I don't find the sinewy lines and gigantic veins all that pleasing to the eye either, but I don't scoff at those who do because that's their own personal taste.

We all have our own reasons for doing it. Those are the reasons for motivation for getting up off our asses and GETTING FREAKIN RIPPED! RRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!

Lol Hence why I said
QuoteTo you, yes. To her? And others? Nope she's just as sexy as this
to the original post of the image.

I am doing this for health reasons first. Then second, I want to feel good in my own body. I am not going to drop weight to some 115lb crap. My goal is 150lbs which is healthy and in the proper weight range for my body type. I would like to be stronger and lighter so I can be picked up and can pick things up easier. My mom is my motivation to get this weight gone because she's sick in bed and she's just a sad state of affairs in her own world. She -wants- to die. She's going in for surgery in October and she signs a DNR every single time she goes under. She WANTS to die because she's just given up. And nothing I say and do, or my brother, or any thing the family does can or will change her mind. She is at risk of losing a leg. Most of her issues were started by smoking NOT by her weight. But her weight fluctuations between 90-150lbs over and over took it's toll on her heart. (90lbs is okay for her height btw) She doesn't even look that big. She has hardening of the arteries, which one is not suppose to get until they are in their 80's. Hers started in her 30's. I don't want to become her.

Faenaria

I'm on myfitnesspal too: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/faenaria

I'm working on my diet first, and taking yoga and pilates as my exercise for now.  When I have the money I'd like to join a gym.  Need to start getting on my elliptical to get my cardio done again.

That's all

Faenaria

Over eating is a problem I have.  I'm struggling with it even now.  I eat when I'm bored, or when I'm stressed or upset.  I don't seem to have a whole lot of control over it, even though everyone will tell me that I do.  Right now I'm bored and my body is convinced that it is hungry.  It's not and I can tell that I'm not.  So I'm sitting here, trying to have the willpower not to snack.  So far I'm winning.  But that's only for now and I'm afraid of giving in because once I give in, I don't stop.

I suggest a three day fast, I did that myself. This will be no solid foods. Watered down pure fruit smoothies and tonnes of just water. It will shrink your stomach. It isn't dangerous past 3 days as long as you drink a lot of water.
It is also suggested to drink two glasses of water before eating. You will feel fuller sooner.

I have a similar problem, and my kitchen is literally a couple steps away from me from any place in my house. I try to stay out of the house as much as possible so that I don't find myself in my kitchen every 10 minutes wondering why I walked over there. So yeah, keep yourself busy, it helps.
