Interesting work and goes in a different direction from what I have seen from you previously. At first glance I thought of Angry Birds as it is a little compact.

The texture of the feathers is interesting yet it feels it is sticking to the body like they are covered with water.

The expression is well done.

looks sweet man.

Did you differnece that black from the color layer then add the black on with a blur? You're style is pretty unique, good on yeah :thumbs:

It is a separate layer colored in gray with a 'multiply' layer filter added and then I used the 'color dodge' brush to lighten the gray and create shadow.
