I live in Victoria BC, on Vancouver Island and I'm offering the use of my sofa in my front room for 300 a month.  Internet and utilities are inclusive.

If someone moves in and things work out, we can discuss a sofa-bed or a day-bed.  I'm not overly attached to the sofa that's there now.
