Friend is looking for a room mate, $450/month shared

When I visited an ex-room mate of mine today, I found out that she was hoping I would know of anyone looking for a place to move to.

She is offering a spot in a shared accommodation in a 3 bedroom suite, for $450/month. It is located in Surrey, practically next to Scott road station. (less than 5 minute by bus, then 10-14 minute walk from the stop)

The floor plan has a very large and open layout in the kitchen and front room. The bedrooms are set behind the kitchen and eating area. Rent also includes Internet+TV, plus there is a washer+drier, bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Now there are a few things you should be aware of. There are pets (4 cats+ 1 Australian shepard dog). She does smoke. And the front room does have quite a bit of her stuff in it already.

I'd have moved back myself but my current living and working situation prevents me from going anywhere. I did make her aware that her smoking did bother me, so she kept it to her room for the most part. She has switched room since so...

I'm sure I'll have probably missed something here, so feel free to ask me questions if you have any.

I sent off an inquiry if two more dogs would be ok over there. I'd be more worried about complications between your dogs and the cats already there. I'll let know when I've heard back.

Saw your post for the roommate situation in regards to your friend in surrey. This is Dobie and I may be interested my work situation in Squamish is shit so i may move back down the hill. I have 2 dogs can she have any more pets?.
