wanted sata style motherboard``

i am trying to help an elderly neighbour get back online.  her computer overheated and now doesn't work.  so far i replaced the case fan and ps.  when i try to turn it on, a green light comes on on the mb but other than that - nothing.  any ideas of what is wrong or can you help with a new case and or mb. 

can you diagnose this unit? 

this would be a donation to a low income elderly lady.  if i get any money for doing this i will split it with you.
