looking for a room mate by next febuary

just 1 thing, $400 is fairly low for rent budget, you'll likely need 3-4 others in a place to afford that, and that gets hard to handle, or you'll end up with a dive for a place

This seems far fetched though never hurts to plan ahead.

400 isn't the lowest in terms of rent, and, if that's what he can offer then there is nothing he can do sadly :/ there are a lot of people out there that have to budget their income, and yes, rent is one of those..
