Visiting North Vancouver

Although I'll be in North Vancouver June 27th-July 4th to visit a family member, it doesn't mean I won't have time to do other things. I thought I'd put this out there if anyone was interested in meeting me that might not be able to make it up my way. I will try and be on Skype and Facebook, as well be on here, often, to make sure I get to any responses as soon as possible. Thank you for reading, and hope to hear from at least some of you soon.

Haha, amusingly enough, I'm in Surrey this week for work. A little out of the way of North Van I think though. I think a friend of mine down here (goes usually by Flamon or Pyro) said that RainRat usually has a games night on either Thursdays or Fridays ... I'd have to check, and I'm not sure if they're invite only...

I don't think I'd make movie night, usually on the first day My mom and I get settled in, and the last day(in this trip's case, July 4th) is usually when we're getting ready to go , and usually doesn't allow for much visiting on either of those days. But i would like to partake on some of the other events or just meet up at something like a McDonald's (I know there's one next to the Seabus terminal in North Van.) Just want to know if there was any interest on your behalves.

I was wondering, if I do go somewhere and it happens to be near night time if anyone would either walk/transit with me to or give me a ride back to near where I was staying, if anyone is curious where I'm staying, it's my grandparent's house, close to the Holiday Inn kiddie-corner to the Superstore, near Cap U., Closest bus route is the 239. Not gonna lie the "Big City" does still creep me out a little

Also would like to add, I am willing to go beyond North Vancouver as long as someone is willing to meet me near the seabus terminal at either end, transit is not an issue as I have a BC Transit pass.

funny side note, if you were boarding the seabus from downtown around 2-3 pm Wed, June 27, and saw a guy by the seats in the overhead walkway to the seabus loading zone, agonizing in pain, that was me with a big stomach cramp, in case you were wondering.

If anyone would like for me to come an event, just text me, i don't feel right without an invite, the way i was raised i guess, and I would like have someone meet at the around the seabus area, seeing as I'm not familiar with much of vancouver outside north van, even north van is still relatively unknown to me.

This will most likely be my last post before returning home to kamloops, If anyone would like to attend this tuesday's (July 3rd) sushi meet, and be willing to give me a safety escort, as close to my grandma's as possible (near the holiday inn on keith rd and old lillooeet rd), i would like to give my mom and grandma some assurance I'll return home safely, especially being an nighttime event. I have no internet at my grandma's, so you can only only contact me by text, cell is 250 574 3120.

Although I should be back around late Aug./early Sept., I would like to have something to share when I get back this time preferably
