Hey everyone. My sister (who is not a furry, so I am posting this for her) is looking for a roommate! She lives in a three bedroom apartment and possibly has the second room filled and is looking to fill the first one.

The apartment is located on Rock City Rd, near Country Club. It is a nice, quiet location and has tons of wildlife everywhere. I see deer/squirrels/rabbits/etc all the time out of my bedroom window. Easy walk to the #1 bus stop.

The space is for ONE person. She already has two cats, but if you pay into the pet deposit and get landlord approval for the pet you want.

The room is a very good size. You could easily fit a king sized bed, computer desk and dresser. Maybe even more. My room is the same size (we live in the same complex) and I have a queen bed, dresser, two bookshelves, tv stand, computer desk and a little corner for my cat paraphanalia. Her livingroom/dining area is massive. She possibly has a 42" tv in the room for everyone to use. You will need your own bedroom furniture. There will be space in the living room for sofas, as the ones there now belong to the roommates that are moving out.

It is $400/mo includes hydro and internet. Cable tv would be extra. Coin laundry on the first floor. Parking available. Dedicated parking is an extra $50.

She'd prefer a quiet person who doesn't have parties. You should have a job of course. The building is non smoking so if you are a smoker, you will have to go outside. No drugs whatsoever.

Triple post, yeah!

Anyway, I just walked down to my sisters building and helped her clean up her roommates junk so we could take photos!
http://zenia.unixdaemons.com/apartment/ <-- They can be seen here. The photos labelled "br2" are for the room in the center. The one called "br3" is for the bedroom closest to the living room... there is only a photo of the window, as the rest of the room is identical to the other bedroom, just the window styles are different.
