Looking for a place to move

I hope to spend around 400 with utilities included. I'm non smoking, no pets. Wondering if there's a room open where someone lives or if someone wants to get together and look for a place. Where doesn't matter, as long as it's close to transit.

Where in the country are you?  I'm trying to get to Vancouver or the island.

Surrey BC. And If I get another place it'll probably be in Surrey aswell.
