prefer utilities included in flat rate.  i am reasonably energy conscious so i don't want to share with someone that isn't

for those that were at VancouFur, you met me,  the old fart with a young heart.  if not, i am still an old fart.

presently semi employed.  have kids (girls) that visit on weekends.  willing to do work for reduced rent.

would like some private space for my entertaining.  parking for one car and street pkg for truck.  have truck for hire.
