Looking to move Feb/March/ASAP

As some of you know, I'm on welfare and working on getting on disability which is taking forever. The most I can afford right now is a month is $300.
I'm currently in Abbotsford. Hating it and all the shootings that go on and what not.
I have two rats, two birds (currently trying to find a new home for one or both), and two cats.
I'm vegan, but I respect meat eaters(I even cook it for friends) and expect the same in return.
I'm an asthmatic so I need a smoke-free place, as do my birds. No scented candles or chemicals floating in the air (Things like these kill birds and cause me to sneeze like mad and have lovely asthma episodes so I have to be careful where I move to.) I also have a sensitive sense of smell  :-\
If smoking is done outside, that's fine. I don't mind pot smell, as long as it's outside and not endangering my birds that's fine.


I'm looking for a place in the Surrey/Delta area, or somewhere near the sky train. Animal friendly of course.

Anyone that wants to collaborate looking for a place, please let me know. Or know of a place I can look at. I prefer to be alone in my own place and have my own space.
If I am going to room with someone I gotta know them. I've had too much stuff happen to me it's now become detrimental to me and I need to know the person before I could room with them. It's easy to fix that by hanging out a bunch.

well I've been wanting to move into a new place myself, one with better rules about animals, but I'm in no rush to move out of my current place, what I'm getting at is that if you find a place and you need +1 I'd be open to filling that spot, but I'm not gonna be helping find a place and I would only consider it if the place I'm moving to is better than or equal to my current place.

you know me already so you know I'm not exactly rowdy and that I respect animals.

if you're getting a group together, my building usually has apartments open, 2-3 bedrooms, pet friendly.
Its a short walk to the skytrain, mall, etc.
We'll be moving at the end of March, so i know for a fact they will have an apartment available at that time, :p

I'm not sure what building you are talking about. One would have to look first. And my part of the rent can't be more than $300 a month
