i just found this link to some amazing lego fabuland videos.

LEGO Fabuland Edward and Friends Volume 1 Part 1

even though the show is in claymation, lego did release all the characters as figures in many sets from 1979 thru to 1989.

i have quite a bit of the lego fabuland pieces, original set instructions, and even a few children story books, if anyone ever wanted to build or help build a lego furry diorama, just let me know.

I think me and my sister had one set each of the series back when were kids. By now, its mixed in with all the other Lego my parents are still holding onto.

i currently do not have anything fabuland built, but have most of the sets (some many times over), but it`s all in a disarray, i have been trying to keep the fabuland specific pieces in seperate boxes from all the other lego i have, to make it easier to get around and build a cool layout.

I had some of these too... I just remember a cow, a sheep and a scotty dog.
More recently, I found a minotaur in the random, stand alone minifigure series. I felt up the bags until I found the one I wanted(first try for this one, actually.) I replaced his axe with a fishing rod to better reflect my interests... Not that I don't love axes.

Coming from a the legendary professor, whose furniture is mostly assembled out of lego comes as a little surprise  ;D !!

Egawd, I played with those things back in the 80s. Had the steamship, the kitchen set, an office set with Mr. Fox and also the fishing cottage with Mr. Elephant http://bricker.ru/images/sets/3660_brickset.jpg

Also watched the series every Sunday morning
