Hello! Newbie here!

Hello everyone! *waves* My name is Shino the otter and I'm new here. ;D

I was quite excited to learn there was a local furry community when I stumble upon this site! I've been a furry since high school and never (or had the chance to) met another furry irl.

I'm a little shy, so I usually lurk in forums more than I post; although I do try to contribute. Despite all of that, I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things.

Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, reading and photography; although with the latter, I'm a newbie. If anyone here has any tips and techniques with photography, please give this otter a shout! ^^

I guess it's enough for an introduction. *nods and waves again* Laters for now!

Aha yeah. ^^; I'm in Web Design and Interactive Media. My school has classes all year round, and on saturdays. So i've had no summer and for the last 3 months, (possibly 6. i can't remember what days i have last quarter XD ) i've had a saturday morning class. 8:30-12:30 WEWT. -facedesks-

All the other species look up to you, and respect you, and definitely do not compare you to ferrets.

Hiya, Otter! Welcome to the forums. What type of camera are you using? I've been a "professional amateur" photographer for years. That is to say, I've sold a few prints, but I'm not considering going pro. lol

Keever: Hi!!! Nice to meet ya! I am currently using a Nikon D5000 (the older model) with a Nikkor AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5. I'm planning to either get into landscapes or macro... not really too much into portraits for now. Need to save up for another lens and maybe a flash kit. How about yourself?
