   As you know there was a Star Trek Convention in Vancouver this week end. A few people from our community went to the con, some to help promote the VancouFur Convention and so just to go. While in attendance our very own Ioco, was recruited by Starfleet and given the rank of Chief Engineer for his knowledge of engineering.


  There was a fair amount of interest in the VancouFur convention, with people asking for copies of the flyers and more info on our convention and the furdom. The response we got was good from the people we met.
