Life is defined by what we do with our free time? When you work 40 hours a week over night and have a movie to film and complete, 2 to 3 books to write drafts of before years end, not to mention illustrating them...  well it reminds me a lot of art school crunch time lol. Thank god im about to go on my lil vacation in a week up north to do some filming for my movie. Paying the way for myself and throwing in a free trip for azlan to be my camera man. with all the equipment and expenses the movie will cost around $5000, half of which is already paid for. Time to relax and have fun but get the work done like a professional baby! 8)

At any rate in all the business of trip prep work , watching the canucks loose the biggest jinx in existence, and training a fox how to use a video camera...  ive been thinking alot about the dog i hope to get sometime next year, or definitely the year after.

I have wanted a shiba inu dog since i was 6 years old. Considering in the next 5 years of my life, i will be making the transition to full time  writer/filmmaker/artist, having a dog around would be the perfect companion. Shiba inus are so incredibly smart and energetic, stuborn just like myself.  They are also a very cat like dog; i am cat fanatic, so a dog that acts like a cat intrigues me a lot. I think the breed will be a fun challenge to train but very rewarding like raising a child.  By breed the perfect personality fit, of course you never can tell the personality of a dog untill you live with them for awhile so its up to you to be a good packleader. Otherwise the dog thinks its in charge and will be quite a challenge.

I owned a dog when i was a child and had the pleasure of living with a few dogs over the past few years. Ever since "Sheba" (a German shepherd dog i lived with ), i have been hooked and simply waiting for the right time in my life when every aspect fit just right. Getting a dog is a big decision and takes a lot of preparation and financial support but soon ill be ready for such a big decision.  as many locals with dogs know... just how much time, money, and effort goes into being a great trainer and id do nothing but the best from my dogie training.

oh and you can be sure that more than photos will be around when i get my doggie someday soon, you will see lots of nifty HD videos ^^
