2 rooms possibly available - Lougheed

EDIT: It looks as if Hex and I are moving out and are looking for 1 roommate. (see: http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=3682.0 )
So its looking like 2 rooms will be available to room with Kaji. Were not 100% when just yet. Hex and i are still looking for places.


Were up on Foster Ave in townhouses, by Lougheed mall. so we are close to transit and so far it seems to be a really decent neighborhood.
Just getting this out there so if people are looking, there is a possibility here.

The place were living in has three floors, two basement rooms, main floor with a very large living room and a kitchen and half bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. 1.5 bathrooms, no dishwasher, washer and dryer (Washer is leaking and hasn't been used since we moved in. Been trying to find a new one.)

There is tons of storage space. No smoking indoors, as well as we live in a family friendly area so there are many families living around us but the soundproofing seems stable enough. There is only street parking but its readily available. I've never had a hard time finding a parking spot.

When are you hoping for a roomie? I need to move to Vancouver in mid - late october for vancouver film school, and you guys appear to be in a fairly close vicinity to the school. Or at least the main campus I'll be at.

Hex and i are hoping to move out for the middle of this month or next month. October might be too late for Kaji i'm not really sure. Send him a note through here. His username is Kaji.
