Two rooms possibly available.

As many of you know, Frio and I are going to be moving out of The Pound soon, and we may have found a place to live. My dad called me up this morning, maybe 10 minutes ago, informing me of a co-worker that has a 3 bedroom basement suite available for $900 total. We don't know too many details about the place, but my dad is going to contact her for further details.

What we know now: 3 Bedroom basement suite with kitchen access. It's near 72nd and Scott road. It's near a major bus route down King George, so it's not too bad to get to via Skytrain. She has a dog, so it may be pet friendly.

If one person/couple joins us, that's $450 each. If two people/couples join us, that's $300 each. Pretty cheap rent tbh.

We'll know more later when my dad can contact her.

Would anyone be remotely interested?


p.s. Frio and I are a gay couple, and are open to any roommates possible. Wether you are a male, female, transexual, gay/straight/bi/whatever, it's all good.

I'm discussing rent with my mom and her boyfriend today, so I may have a few months paid for and I'm sort of employed. I'd love to take one of those rooms if its still available, and I know someone who might want the other. I'm clean and non smoking, quiet and respectful.
