Me and my sister are looking for a suite (or rooms). We're quiet, OCD clean, non-smokers, she's a UBC student and I have steady, gainful employment. We're both 22. We have references from our previous landlord, if you want.

Max Rent 650 each (utils. included).
Preferably with a quick route to UBC.
Bonus points for a quick bus to downtown.
We don't party, pay rent on time, and floss daily.
Ready to move in April or later.
