1: I finally picked up new batteries for my clip-on LED light, and it's much brighter with the new batteries.
2: I get to see the Fraser Valley Gilbert and Sullivan Society's production of "Phantom of the Panto" today. (Sunday)

Okay, that was surprising!

During the audience participation song (Manah-Manah) at Phantom of the Panto, one of the actors started singing "O Canada" and made the offhand comment about feeling like Mark Donnelly.
Well, it turns out that Donnelly himself was in the audience, and came onstage (totally unscripted!) and helped sing along! =^.^=

I have two taste tests coming up, and I just completed a survey yesterday! thats 135$ of bonus money in a week! not to mention I've got some extra work coming up in a couple days, it pays more than I'm used to, so there's another $45 at least (probably more like $75) Christmas shopping this year is going to be easier with all this extra money!

One of, if not THE, only time you'll hear this lemur say good things about a corporation's work environment, from a management perspective: being paid to attend fully catered seminars and meetings held in a hotel 5 blocks from one's home instead of running an industrial plant just frakking rocks. No two hours of commuting, no hydraulic oil, no sub-zero temperatures, no 40 km/h winds, no dirty work clothes...simply awesome. ^^
