Receiving an i7-980X processor as a bonus from the Bawse. I grumped a bit about how slow my renders were trucking along. Lo and behold, hexcore outta nowhere!

Afraid so. Not to worry however, I believe two furs from Port Alberni are moving down here this summer. So things may balance out. The only school I can go to for the programs I want to take is UVic, so there I have to go. But honestly, I love Victoria. I'm totally psyched to go.

Oooo, fast! :) I got a new (to me) AMD Athlon II X3 445 based machine last month. Three cores at 3.1Ghz beats two at 2.0Ghz. :) What do you render?

Oh, and at the risk of thread derailment, something that else that makes me happy: my lovely wife. :)

Something that made me happy today... I met up with a former coworker and she treated me to lunch at Tims and gave me a bag with some little presents in it for my birthday (tomorrow). :) I like being acknowledged!
