Ok.

So after looking at a bunch of photos and talking to a bunch of furs and fursuiters.

Im going to try and get a Head Made by Arend Studios. yes just the head. i really enjoy the make of Arendstudios suits the inside looks amazing ive tryed one and its so comfortable and the suit didn't even fit me right.

So i think im going to get a friend to make me the Suit (and tail), feet, and paws. doing it this way will go easier on my wallet....

But.

I could also just suck it up and get the full deal from AS. Im not really sure but i could really hear what people think about my chose

And ill say thing, i say it to everyone. I love suiters. its the greatest thing to me, im a Preformer and to me that's what suiting is. Preforming. it putts a smiles on peoples face and that's what makes me smile. this is a Big goal in my life.

I it were me I would simply spend more money on the full suit by Arend, but then that is just me.

How long do they generally take to build an entire suit?

not sure, Sairys told me a full suit takes about 1-2 years

That. . . sounds like somewhat of an exaggeration. Sairys's might have taken taken that long, however his is quite detailed, and from a very renowned builder. I do not think Arend studios takes so much time with their suits. I could be wrong however, most places are at least a couple of months with the simplest suits.

Ya but you never know. geting full suit would be amazing, but thats 2500$ its a lot of money but its ok for the quilty of these suits

Renwaldo

Yes, I think that is about as much as I will spend on my suit when I have the financial means.
There is a studio in Europe that charges upwards of $5 000.00 for their suits. The name of the company escapes me now, but they specialize mainly in animatronic monsters and props for films. Someone in the fandom discovered them and lately they've been producing fursuits with mechanical parts.

I am going to do a quick search on google to see if I can find them again. The costumes they make are amazing!

nope not exaggerated even says on their site, you usually end up in a construction queue before they even start on your suit, waiting & build I combined as one. Depending on who the designer is if they are in the top 20 you can expect to wait 1-2 years just waiting on the queue tho construction of said suit normally doesnt take more than a few months. The wait period can be a killer factor to many that want a suit from so & so.

"Studios using restricting order periods have a waiting time that can run up to two years before a costume is finished. We at Arend Studios try to focus our capacities in such a way that our waiting time should never exceed six months of waiting."

Oh sweet. We need to suit together when he's completed! Spending a little extra for the fullsuit might be a good idea. I don't even think MixedCandy or donthugacacti production take that long.
must be snazzy suits. How many people are In that company? Also have you gotten a quote from them yet?

I have commisioned whitey fox at arend studios to make my full fursuit. And from our initial first email until its completion, it will take 4 months. He has assured me it will be ready for anthrocon and its technically not even started construction just yet. All the planning is done, deposit given, i'm just in que for construction.
