If it just says "HD" and not "BC" and "HD", it's Toronto.

That dog thing was from the Noon News Hour on Global BC.

Yes, but Global BC HD has "BC" in the watermark. Toronto doesn't, it just has "HD".

If you get Global HD, that's Toronto via Cable or Satellite.

he wasn't saying it couldn't be, just that Global BC HD had the "global BC" watermark in the corner, and Global Toronto HD just has "GlobalHD"

As it so happens, my friend is a graphics type person for global BC. and he says... That every global station, except the one in Toronto, should have it's own branding. So it's probably the one in Toronto.
