As a general rule, "gay" is not so much about jamming a lifestyle in someone's face as it is about jamming the fact that societal bigotry is really quite the outdated notion, and society really should stop killing them, rendering them pariahs, and denying them basic social services. And if you'd like to talk about culture jamming, how about every religious holiday, nationalist events, political rallies... please don't even dare compare gay rallies to say, the Klan, getting together solely for the purpose of hate, rather than begging acceptance. Thanks.

The Love Parade in Europe was possibly the worst event in raver history in Germany. So many people died at the last one due to a human stampede crushing a bunch of people to death and is no longer allowed to be hosted in the future. So I doubt they'd host one here. The parade started not long after the fall of the Berlin wall to celebrate love.
