Possible Roomie Hunt?

Just looking to see who might be interested in /possibly/ getting an apartment with me or who might have an extra room for rent - Preferably in Surrey, North/Van or Burnaby, but will take anything if it is within walking distance of transit.

I need something that will allow dogs as I have a 3 month old great dane; my other half may be taking a job overseas, and if this is the case, I want to move back to the Vancouver area while he is away. I'm keeping an eye on craigslist for something under $1000/month or possibly lower, if it is a rental situation that we are looking into, I am game for as many people as there are rooms, AS LONG as you are tidy!!! I can not stand a messy house.

Once again, this is a maybe thing as Im still not sure on his work situation.
