Help on potential pen/paper Furry survival game

I ended up finding myself brainstorming a kind of pen and paper furry survival type game. Something simple yet doesn't run by too fast that anyone can play. (coins instead of dice?) Just thought that maybe some of you out there might have had some tips or advice. Or maybe just to help out in some way.

Maybe do it Fighting Fantasy style... 3 stats: Skill Stamina and Luck... one for Abilities, one for Life and one for Defence

Well if there are any questions you have or just need advice on something, post your query and I am sure people will help out.  Just remember that whatever people suggest, you have final say and can just throw out their opinions.  But yeah ask away and I know I probably will try to help and I bet so will others.  Just avoid anything that makes the game anything like Fatal.  Worst roleplaying game ever made and I am not making that up.

I would have to agree with Maoi on how difficult it can be to create your own unique system, keep at it though. The one suggestion I have is that maybe you might want to consider making it a L.A.R.P.-able system.

Gah! With all that's been going on the past year, I totally forgot about this here. Sigh.. Actually I've gotten to working on a text based game site of sorts. Not really sure how many people still telnet into MUCKs, MUSHs, MOOs, MUXs or whatever else might still be active out there.

LARP is short of Live Action Role Play. It was kind of all the rage back when Whitewolf had their Vampire and Werewolf RPG stuffs going some years back. There are still some groups out there doing it, I think. I lost track of things when one of my ex-room mates dropped out of doing it.

i used to do one of those pen and paper rpg things but then it got disbanded and stuff xD but im totaly up for something like this and what is L.A.R.P?
