Stitches Itch like crazy......

well. yesterday i had a lump biopsied on my leg....more like he cut the lump out. inch long incision.i hate needles and i wasnt in a good mood to get the biopsy done. but i did and now i am fighting the urge to scratch the stitches.

Know the feeling. :( All I could do, was ignore the itching as best I could. Just try to ignore it as best you can. If it gets really unbearable, apply some petroleum jelly to the area of the stitches. I know that worked for me. There's also stuff for itching at Shopper's Drug Mart too.

aye, i got a picture of the after math. but i dont know if any one wants to see them. it's been years since i've had stitches for anything.

Naw. I don't need to see pics of the stitches. Maybe if you charges $30 or so for the privilege of being able to see said pics, you'd be able to make a bit of extra money... :P ;D

I've endured some wounds that needed stitches before but I always insist that i get the closely sticker thingies because i may tolerate needles well but i don't agree with ANYTHING puncturing my skin then coming out somewhere else . Besides don't stitches leave scars?

I've also had a liver biopsy. i'm guessing they didn't put you under, huh? they never do.... until you injure your jaw

I had stitches to the back of my ear once. xD

That was a fun 4 hour surgery followed by another fun 4 days of puking and extreme dizziness. ._.
