Little dragon finally getting active

Well I've been in the fur community for a while now in Van, but have remained rather dormant outside of the fur meets. Guess its time to wake up and get active!

Name's Rift. I'm a bizarre and quiet little dragon living out here in vancouver. I tend to hide for the most part, but I do appear from time to time.

I'm also the one teaching the Uechi Ryu Karate Do classes Nuke has been so gracious to help set up... it's been a while, and I'm really looking forward to teaching again.

I'm kinda the same. I pretty much just stick to bowling meets. Getting active, even if its a little bit, is definitely fun. Annnnnd i'm sure you being bizarre wont make you stand out here. lol. Welcome to the forums.

It's really nice to be in touch with people a bit more. At least now I have some idea of the events and meets going on, and don't have to rely on friends passing on the word. With any luck I'll be able to work my schedule to make it to a few of them.

I've got to say it's nice not being the odd one out in groups anymore. I've never met a group or organization quite as open or accepting as the fur community out here, it's a nice change.
Been meaning to make it to some of the bowling meets actually XD Just need to figure out my scheduling with work (early morning start... makes late nights something I have to keep few and far between ><)

You should come to the fursuit bowling, it's a lot of fun.

So I've heard! As soon as I get my full schedule figured out I plan to try to make it bowling. Haven't got a suit built yet, but I'm starting to work on it as I get the money. Would be really nice just to go to hang out with everyone.

You don't need a fursuit to come, anyone can come to this event.

I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs... I'm not sure that even qualifies as slightly imposing XD
