Looking for Roommate in North Vancouver

Well I thought I'd put this out there just to see if there's any interest. Potentially looking for a roomate in my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in North Vancouver. Rent would be around $600 per month (negotiable) plus cost of TV/Internet and Electricity. You'd have your own room and bathroom with shared kitchen and living room. The place is already fully furnished so there really isn't a lot of room if you have a bunch of stuff :S Looking for someone who is definitely trustworthy, clean, doesn't smoke, has a stable job, etc. Anyway, let me know what ya think.
