Looking for a place for me and my cat

Hey, I am looking for a place to rent preferably within the $750-900 range that allows cats hopefully with access to the skytrain.
-I'm 36
-Male
-Student at the Vancouver career college (Surrey location)
-I am a PWD with the ministry so rent will never be an issue.
-I am generally quiet, keep to myself.
-Clean (Will sometimes leave something for a bit but I get back to it later on)

Now the unfortunate part I have to be out of where I am by the end of this month so I am placing feelers out.
If anyone has the room and doesn't mind me having my cat (He is my support animal and I am working on getting the proper documentation)
