I work full time, I don't smoke and I mostly keep to myself. Parking would be something I would need since I rely on my car every day.

Did you want to live in Fort St.John or Spuzzum, or Popkum?  Oh, none of them, then where?  An available room somewhere you don't want to be, doesn't help.   And yes I'm a smart ass.

If you're looking for somewhere cheap - and don't need roommates. I know a place in Chilliwack that's available for $575/month with free parking (for one vehicle) and water included. Other bills extra.
