It's not hard. You just use the "regular" format for YouTube video URLs, instead of the "youtu.be" format.
Though if you want to include the video's name, you enclose the name in a URL tag, like so:

(using square brackets instead of round ones, of course)

It would come out something like this:
Meet Buddy
