Just looking to see how many of us there are, usually the people I meet in the furry community have that fetish thing going for them (there isn't anything wrong with that I'm not judging anybody). But I'd just like to know how many people on here are Ace (not just asexual but also agender, aromantic, ect.). If it's worth anything I'm an asexual trans guy!  :birdy:

We do exist. It just seems we are a small portion in the fandom (probably because we are anti-social as well xd)

I'd say the worst is being pansexual whilst also being introverted. o.o

I agree that may be tough but I wouldn't say that being an introverted pan is "worse" then being ace, it's just sexual orientation, being one isn't "worse" then others. I made this post because there are a lot of strangely overly sexual people that are furries so I wanted to know how many ace people were on here. I can't really relate but I'm guessing being shy and pan really sucks so I offer you my condolences
(btw not saying that non ace people are overly sexual but it does make me uncomfortable so it's good for me to know, if people are just joking it's fine, I just want to know. With my past it's a safety thing for me)

I'm ace and I really hate anything sexual in nature, including fetishes. I find them creepy and uncomfortable to look at (I'm not going to hate on people for having them, but I personally just don't want to have anything to do with it). I even go as far as that I don't like to give my female animal characters breasts. I'm glad that it doesn't seem like I'm the only one here that feels that way though.

I can very much relate, and I would like to offer a clarification:
being introverted is not the same as being 'shy'.  Not at all.

Look at it this way:  extroverts are charged up by being with others (the more, the merrier), while introverts are drained by being around people.
We are not anti-social, and often not shy;  we just really need our alone time.

Biting is excellent;  it's like kissing, only there is a winner.

I know what introverted means, I fact I'd wager that almost everyone knows what it means.
But you can't deny that the majority of introverted people are shy compared to extroverts.

Being introverted is not a problem when interacting with people, it's being shy, which is why I stated shyness in the first place. I appreciated your comment on my other post (I don't want to offend anyone's identity) but you didn't really need to comment. We are all adults here, I don't need your clarification because I am well educated, try not to come across as condescending in your comments for future posts.

Whew thank god I'm not the only one, I can respect that everyone has there "thing" but man I just wish people kept more to themselves (I mean I can't even browse FA on the "safest'' setting without seeing something unsavoury.

What really makes me on edge is when I meet people, in public, that say overly sexual things. Not necessarily to me (that freaks me out to no end) but just in the context of a public conversation with people you barely know. It's really creepy and gross and it's just poor social skills even if people go along with it, it's one of the reasons I stopped going to the new west sushi meet. Just...eehhh..eww.

With that kind of attitude, you will not have to worry with me commenting on any further posts of yours.
(and as you may have difficulty discerning intent via text, that was derision, and not condescension)

Furthermore, you may not need clarification (from me) as you are purportedly well educated, yet you might look into brushing up on your grammar
if you wish to come off as 'well educated' in the future.

The lack of sex may make day to day life easier. For some it is on our mind, for others it feels like a necessity and for some they don't want to deal with it at all. Of course we all know the necessity of sex, which is the continuation of any species.

It is unfortunate the many innuendos that people can bring up in conversations. Some bring it more then others. It is left to our own interpretations whether we consider the use or lack of sexual innuendos as another person's maturity level.

There is so much more to life than sex.
