Furry Demographics for BC & VancouFur?

Maybe it's just me but I'm very curious to see a population chart thing for BC about where most of the furs are located, like some sort of graph or whatever x3

Same thing for VancouFur, are they going to release some stats about where everyone came from? Cause that'd be cool to look at! I'm curious if our weak dollar maybe brought more foreign people and stuff x3

Maybe you could organize some sort of poll. Let people put their city locations on the mini-map and you could possibly construct a heat map of most concentrated vs least concentrated regions of BC. Same could be done for VF, although it will be more spread out, because people come from US as well.

Not quite a poll, but a community map is very easy to do thanks to the magic of Google Maps! Made a quick link-accessible google maps map so you should be able to place a marker down and denote where you traveled from! Let me know if you have any questions on the interface for it!

Should be pretty easy to use! Google is good at that! Click the little balloon-shape next to the hand to establish a point where you came from as generally or specifically as you like (putting it right on top of your home probably isn't ideal or necessary), write your name in the point title.  You can click on your point and change the color and icon type after that!

it would also be neat to find out where the worst areas would be like I found alot of negativity in North surrey when I walked around with foot paws but never had a problem anywhere else

I've seen similar more then a decade ago in a different forum and through that map I ended up meeting a couple of individuals. While 1/4 to 1/3 of the members do disclose their location, it gives at decent picture what the concentration is of furries.
