I'm not confused at all! My cat's name is Wade and he's a big, black, fluffy beast! How anyone could not see him is beyond me... :\

Doing the opposite of what I first did right after the breakage, oversleeping. So damned bored, and 95% of my usual activities, and my job, are inaccessible to me

Oh yeah that too. And people listening to really loud music on busses.

what about those people who drive their cars and keep their windows open blasting their music, (mostly rap) I think those people are obnoxious!

Work pestering me to come in literally EVERY DAY this week. Was scheduled to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Ended up working Tuesday and Saturday too. The only reason I didn't go in on Thursday was because I was helping a friend move house and was therefore unavailable. Today they wanted me to come into work AGAIN - I'm so exhausted I need a day off to recharge for my shift tomorrow.

It's made me think... what would they do if I had gone in on Thursday? Would they have called me in yesterday and again today? By BC law, working more than six consecutive days in a row means the seventh day has to pay overtime. I don't think I get overtime because of the probationary period (which ends this month), but yeah.

some companies will pay them but no stat holidays until either 30 or 90 days has expired, and if you are complaining about being called in so much, why not mention where you work.  it might help someone get a job.

I'm getting called in so much because someone keeps calling in sick. As far as I know there are no vacancies at my employer... we've taken on several new employees. The trouble is with my employer - from 9pm to 10:30pm we have ONE cashier and ONE grocery clerk on duty (both on express checkstands). Both last night and the night before it was me as the cashier. Don't get me wrong I'm chuffed with the paycheck I'll be receiving next week, but seriously?

insomnia, I haven't slept yet and when I tried I just got myself all depressed thinking about things I cannot change.

Four weeks off work and it's horribly messed things up for my boss; Compounded by the fact that my boss is more of a likeable frontline leader than a boss, and I am the cause of her woes. having broken my damn elbow with terribly bad timing. D:

"Disgruntled" is an euphemistic term to describe what I am feeling in terms of the job hunting process. I don't mind if employers reject me, so long as they provide at least some form of explanation that isn't a platitude.

I have plenty of places I want to visit within a short amount of time - yet I don't have the financial freedom or even the ability to request time off from work to do it. First world problems I guess

Damn... that is maddening. I sympathize :(

Today's complaint? Almost getting into FOUR separate traffic accidents while on my thirty minute break this evening - and then to put the cherry on the cake the McDonalds staff forgot to put my fries in the bag for my dinner. Had to go back at 10:45pm and get them :/
