Looking for a place for end of June

I gotta get out of the koots and back to the Vancouver area. Havent been able to find a place here and the job market blows.

I am willing to move into a place or look for something with another fur. There are a few small details to know about me-

- Female
- 24
- Tattoo Artist/Barista/Linecook
- Gay and 420 friendly
- I have my son during the even months for the full month. You must be child friendly.
- I have a Great Dane. Crate trained and well behaved. Place must be large pet friendly.
- Im not looking to move into or turn a place into a party house. But the odd get together is fine.
- I would prefer to be near transit but if not I do have a car.
- Surrey,  Burnaby or closer to dt van are prefered but will take just about anything at the moment.
- Would probably be able to do around $600+ Util. Preferably less.

I'm just curious, if you have custody of your son every other month, does that mean that a separate room needs to be available every other month as well?

Naw, my kid usually just stays in my room. Its easiest that way for now
