Need help with my website

I currently have a commerce website up and (sorta) running. The problem I seem to be having is integrating UPS software on the website. I have been told that I need to purchase a 'Canadian Patch' (which I am prepared to do) to make it work for Canada - but I am WAAAAAAAY outta my element.
Anyone willing to help me? I've been told it shouldn't take too much to fix this issue ...
