 Tokar and Xanitos - you two need to stop being rude. I read Reptoid's point, and found it extremely valuable. And I agree with him that you two came about this as trolls and bullies. Not cool.

It is a public forum. This is listed as a private event. Reptoid wanted to point out that there are many concerns and was warning Gizmo and others of how one should/shouldn't go about it for 100% legal reasons. Neither of you need to behave the way you did. State your opinion, but you don't need to be so rude about it.

Reptoid - I agree with what you have said, however you should have brought it up privately with Gizmo and others first before posting it here. Such as sending them an email or private message. I personally thank you for that information as I host events and am glad to know what my options are.

the BIGGEST issue, is if you're renting a single or set or champing stalls in a privately owned site, charging your own admission is a no-no, and with Provincial parks you're not allowed to charge admission at all, unless it is on private land owned by an attendee you are likely to run into unforeseen problems, like if the owner/manager of a camp site were to discover there were additional admission fees charged, the entire group can be kicked with no admission/rental fee refund

This right here. I was reading this in the BC laws.

I know several people that would very quickly tell the camp site what was going on if they themselves found out about it. Two of them are in the furry community, the other two are dicks and one works for parks, the other would just do it because he's an ass lol. Anyway, the whole thing is just trying to cover anyone's butt especially, as Reptoid said, this is a public, and googleable forum, that if anyone looking for camping can actually find the thread, may cause or make issues.

I don't want to see anything going to shit. But sometimes it does. I unfortunately cannot afford to go as it is way too expensive for me. But I don't want to see it ruined for anyone for one reason or the other. Legality or too many people arguing publicly. Or other issues.
