How should I start this bloody paper? Staring at this blank page has done little to help me out. I've got page after page of notes for my paper...and yet I can't write down a simple sentence without it sounding complicated.

Just got a text message from my landlord saying she sold the house I'm living in and apparently i have to be out by the end of may... and yet i have a contract till October first. Very confused and frustrated..

Refer to the Residential Tenencies Act of BC.  I'm pretty sure you have to be given 3 months notice.  And the terms of the lease should include something in the event that the landlord wishes to break it.

if you have collision insurance then towing should be covered.  or   join bcaa and get it towed.

ahahahahaha ya.....no tow truck is gonna go up where i crashed it man and i def dont have anything more than the most basic of insurances cause im not gonna put fancy insurance on the piece of shit vechiles i drive hahahaha btw we got the holes in the tires plugged so i can at least roll it down  if i cant get the thign started guesss i leared my lesson kinda about jumping cross ditches and drifting at almost 100 around thoes sketchy mountain roads, now that i think about it i was pretty lucky caus eone side was mostly cliffy kinda terrain so it coulda got real shitty real fast rather than bruised ego
