Do guest accounts still have an inbox?

I have messages from guest accounts but don't know if I can respond to them.

I have messages from guest accounts but don't know if I can respond to them.

They cannot sign in I believe to check or receive notifications of messages - as that would defeat the purpose of deleting their account.
