Looking for a room during school!

Well, if the rest of the application process works out, I'll be attending AiV starting February 20th. Very excited, but frankly I'm not that excited for the commute from basically Horseshoe Bay to Renfrew everyday. The admissions staff gets students part-time jobs while they're attending so I would likely be using that for rent (among other things :v), therefor I'm looking for a friendly fur or few that have a room they wouldn't mind renting out! I'm easy going, fairly low-volume, and not one to shy away from lending a hand in whatever field necessary :p You'll get no troubles out of me

Looking for something near a Skytrain, for easy commute, but I'm easy with the actual location.
