Had to exchange my new WiiU 'cause the first ones gamepad wouldn't charge... so I am happy that the new-new one does charge! Yaay.

Now to play some NSMB2. I like this game so far.

Made chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, nanaimo bars and truffles today. :-3 Plan on making cup cakes, short bread cookies and egg nog bread tomorrow. <3 Baked Christmas presents for my friends and family.

I got the call to take my drug test, which means I'm one step closer at getting a full time job.

I finally made food spicy enough that my tongue is complaining and I have that familiar endorphin flush going again! Had to do it with mystery peppers from the Asian market, but... woo! I haven't totally broken my spice tolerance!

No, none of them do. I changed the brightness setting on mine to make it last longer though. This time it lasted for 6 straight hours.

My happy thing is that my sister came over and we played the Mario game for several hours. Since she forgot her wiimote and I only have one from my first gen wii (and the gamepad) I let her have the wiimote and I played (for the first time) as the 'boost' person and tried to help out with additional blocks to stand on and tried to kill enemies. It was a ton of fun. I also cooked dinner for us and it was delicious. :)

Let's see, lots of things to be happy about:

1: Found a lovely watch for my mom. (her last one's giving her so many headaches)
2: While I'm not really supposed to be getting stuff for me, I found a mini stylus for my smartphone. (it even plugs into the headphone jack for "storage")
3: Despite today's dark clouds, it didn't actually start raining until late, which meant that I didn't need to lug around a wet umbrella while I shopped.
4: I know of a few places I can find Jones Soda, and I have a bottle clip that clips onto a belt-loop or similar, so I don't have to carry the bottle around. =^.^=

Being at my parents means seeing my dog and the family dogs, and they fed my cat catnip. So much mayhem.

Managed to kick S.A.D. in the ass and have been relatively happy lately. =3= <3 Also, cleaned everything in my house today, looove this nice warm, clean feeling my house has right now. XDD

Also, also, can't wait to visit family this week. :3 Gonna be really busy.

bahaha! Gotta love that! My room mate moved out with her two kittens and now my two are playing together again! The older one always hogs the catnip piles though! It usually ends in a 10 minute play fight! XD
