Potentially looking for a place to rent.

So there's a chance I'll be moving back to Vancouver for work; currently, most likely in the Port Coquitlam area. Anyone know of anyone who needs a roommate/has a rental they need filling?

As a roomie, I generally keep to myself, and prefer people who do the same. That's not to say I don't like to hang out with the people I'm living with, but I do prefer a more low-key living environment without people smashing around at unholy hours. I'm expecting I'd be able to pay within the $700-$900 range as far as rent goes, but obviously if I can find somewhere nice that's cheaper, I'd not turn it down. xD

If you know of anything, bring it to me so it can be discussed further! :3

$700-900 is a lot!  You can get your own apartment in PoCo for that price!

That is a pretty decent amount. XD In Nanaimo you can get a 3bdrm place for $900. XDDD Man, if I could afford a place all on my own that would be cool. Good thing I have a great roommate (finally).

For that much you could get your own place (a bachelor's suite). Or maybe if you're lucky a 1br appt in the suburbs. Good luck! Look on Craigslist :)

Haha, yeah, I've kinda been finding that I won't really need to be doing the roommate thing after a while spent looking on Padmapper. There's a bunch of nice 1 bedroom apartments in Coquitlam/PoCo around where I might be working in the $800 range.
